Digital inclusion is at the heart of our design approach, and we are committed to a continuous improvement process to make our platform as simple and effective to use as possible for every user.
Accessibility statement
Atrium Technologies SAS is committed to making its online CRM service accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005. This accessibility statement applies to the Atrium platform and its website (https://app.atriumcrm.com; https://atriumcrm.com/).
Compliance status
The Atrium web application is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1. We are aware that some aspects of the application do not yet meet all accessibility requirements. Being "partially compliant" means that the majority of criteria are met, but exemptions or non-compliant content remain. We are actively working to correct them.
Test results
An internal audit is underway to accurately assess our level of compliance. Detailed results will be published on this page once the audit is completed.
Inaccessible content
The contents listed below are not or are only partially accessible for the following reasons:
Non-compliance
Some complex interface components may present difficulties for assistive technologies:
Data visualization: Complex graphs and statistical reports may not have relevant textual alternatives for screen reader access.
Campaign and automation editor in "drag-and-drop": Advanced features of the visual campaign editor may be difficult to manipulate exclusively via keyboard. Alternatives through automated actions are being considered.
Third-party components: Some content from our 200+ integrations may not meet accessibility standards, as their development is beyond our control.
We are committed to seeking solutions to make these elements more accessible in our future updates.
Disproportionate burden exemptions
No disproportionate burden exemption is currently invoked.
Establishment of this accessibility statement
This statement was established on August 25, 2025.
Technologies used for accessibility verification

Our roadmap for improvement
We do not stop at this observation. Here are our commitments: External audit: Commission a comprehensive audit by a company specialized in digital accessibility by the end of 2026. Training: Ensure ongoing training for our development and design teams on best practices of the RGAA. Prioritization: Integrate the correction of identified accessibility issues into our product development cycle.
